Ride our regular weekend train to Monticello on vintage rail cars. Buy tickets at the entrance. You may board the train at the Nelson Crossing Depot (the main Museum site) or at the Wabash Depot in downtown Monticello. Layovers at either depot are encouraged. You can walk through the museum cars and view many pieces of rolling stock at the museum site, as well as visit the Museum's gift shop. Diesel locomotive in use generally varies by month.
